Looks like OVH has changed their terms and is charging each month now for IP's.

$1.50 per IP - hopefully they're not third world country poor, otherwise probably irrelevant. :)

I've seen anywhere from $1 - $5/IP these days, IP's have gone up in cost a lot in recent months.
