Read their TOS or ask but as far as I know there are many adult sites hosted on OVH.

They used to allow it.
Officially they don't monitor.
Be careful that the french laws about adult content changed and that they are supposed to respect the law.
I wouldn't set my servers location in France for the moment.

i think we have had issues in the past with other hosts so have gone with mojo who focus on adult :thumbsup

Using it for adult on CA servers. This is what their support replied to me back in 2018 when I asked about it: We allow any type of content (including adult content) as long as it isn't related to malicious content or illegal activities.

French laws about adult haven't changed lately.
French governement has planned to enforce a law which forbids 18 to access porn. Therefore it is threatening to ban sites who do not implement preventive measures.
Right now, only the bigger tubes are explicitly targeted.

So basically, even if the governement goes for the ban option, it would affect only prevent french audience to access banned websites. No matter if they are hosted by OVH or any other host.
