Targeted Chargebacks?
I am a super small operation and put all of my efforts into 1 site and have narrowed the cams I push down to 2 companies over the past year. I picked only 2 because their content and API customization match my strategy.
A few weeks ago I was very happy as I saw that somebody spent over $2k in each of the platforms I am pushing. Today... chargebacks for all of that on both. I feel like somebody tried to fk me over by doing both at the same time. Or bad luck in this non-perfect world. Now my affiliate account is in the red for both companies for more than I would make in 3 months... even though I have not received a payout for any of it. Obviously, I wouldn't expect the cam models to eat any of it, buy dayum come on.. Is there a strategy for dealing with this kind of fkery? Or is it just an unfortunate byproduct of doing business in this realm? And how do you bounce back. Now the income for paying hosting and such is gone for a while. Thanks |

A couple of years ago, I took a 21K hit on a single platform, for a single user, in a single month. It took me slightly over 2 months to get back in the black on that platform but you just have to keep plugging away.

Or, they could be using an affiliate platform where, how can I put it, they manually change your financial situation. It's easy to do, especially to smaller affiliates.
