Anyone build a live streaming site?
 

I am looking to hire someone to consult me on building a live streaming backend like cam sites offer. I need to build a live streaming and chat platform that can support thousands of simultaneous streamers and viewers.

I have 18yrs development experience but nothing working with RTSP streaming.

Are there any real developers here with actual experience building actual large platforms with thousands of actual simultaneous users live streaming?
