Who can improve page speed?

Hi all

Using a php script. Not using WordPress. Need pagespeed improving as pagespeed insights is like 70 and like 10 CSS scripts are blocking the loading

Hi there,

Minify all and its possible to load some css when needed so that way leverage the requests needed to complete, maybe I can look into it if u want
