What if I just ask and not offer money?

I want to get added to some rich hollywood wills.

Changing of a will requires signature of the person who's will it belongs too along with the lawyer. He can write anything but when the original will is produced - copies are given to the owner or family to put in a safe place. If there was any additions they need to have signatures or a letter attached notarized with lawyer and the will's owners signature on it.

You're also forgetting if there is surviving family - they can take it to court as well and challenge the will

Your best to find some rich people and make friends with them and hope they leave you something in a will.

Added note - if you were to try and do this - try to make sure he doesn't have family or they'll likely contest the will.

Now if I was the old man - I'd let the 20 year old do that - but only leave enough to live modestly - my wealth would be given to family. I would know why you're there - and would pay you the going price for a nurse with benefits and additional duties - you buy anything expensive then it gets taken off the value you get when I die.
