I just found out that Brooke Shields was young in the film (very young).

So is the film technically still legal?

Update: Apparently the nude bits were a 32 year old body double. So I presume it is fine.

I think it's on Netflix or HBOGO even. That said if something like that pedo child dancing movie from Netflix (cuties or something?) is legal then I don't see why Blue Lagoon wouldn't be.

I found that movie to be disturbing.

I saw Pretty Baby a long time ago. It was disturbing back then and would be extremely disturbing today. I think it has been banned here in Canada.

I don't know if they still do, but the biggest celebrity affiliate program has in the past provided affiliates with tube embeds of Brooke Shields (non nude) from Pretty Baby and Thora Birch (topless) from American Beauty. Anyone using that content on their site and claiming all persons depicted on the site are 18+ in compliance with 18 USC § 2257 is wrong.

It isn't a porn movie, so why it wouldn't be legal? Local TVs broadcast old comedies that show small kids fully naked and those are legal too.

First iv heard of that movie. Pretty crazy. Im sure Playboy or some other big brand published pics of that Brooke Shields when she was really young?. Where the fuck were her parents when this was going on, its crazy. Other one was a movie with Keira Knightely in it and i heard later the topless scene she done was when she was 15. If i knew that beforehand then i would never have watched it.
