Paypal Affiliate System?
 

Does anyone have a suggestion for an off-the-shelf affiliate system that utilizes Paypal for payments (both for customers and affiliate payouts)?

I've been looking at a couple of the programs on CodeCanyon but they don't seem to have as good a grasp on affiliate program stuff as we do in adult.

I'd preferably like one that works in a similar way to CCBill, add a site, setup a join form and give an affiliate a link without the need to setup multi-level or mutilple 'vendors' every time a new site is added to the system.
