Monetization of Bukkake content
 

Quick summary:

-I worked with a bukkake sponsor, for no reason they stopped paying me, a big amount of sales i generated for them was left unpaid.

-I got a ton of amateur bukkake clips now. Is there any way i can monetize them?

-I cant post them on iwantclips or manyvids because they will ask me for documentation.

I tried using the content i have to promote other sponsors but it doesnt work for me.
The content i have is milfs/matures in amateur-style bukkake parties, the sponsors now have a different kind of bukkake content, with pornstars with a bangbros style production, so.... i tried but wasnt making any sales.

They wont give me nothing. No refund. No paymenth of the debt. No docs. No nothing.

Do you own these clips are or they clips that the sites provided as promo?

If you own the clips, you could set up your own tube site with them.

I would have suggested setting up a paysite. but if you do not have docs for the clips, I would suspect this would be a problem.

The thing is, most times you purchase content you get docs too.

Perhaps the best option is to start from scratch and find a new site to promote.

But...

One thing I would suggest is if you are getting sales, then why not do your own paysite and shoot your own content or pay someone to shoot content for you. This way you get all the cash, and have no fears of no one paying you as your now the owner.

It may be worth saying if you provide mp4 clips too, for him to use to promote your site(s).

I am not a lawyer but doubt that you can sell the content without doc's

You asked, " Is there any way i can monetize them?" that would be a question for your lawyer.. If you try to set up another site with the content and no doc's then technically they original company could come after you along with others if caught.

While you're at it - ask your lawyer to write a letter threatening them to pay up and make sure you screen grab or gather as much evidence you can that you're owed this money.

This program you speak of - if they are at a trade show you may want to confront them OR actually mention them to find others who are in the same situation and then do a joint lawsuit. Other than that - there isn't much anyone can do outside of continually trying to find someone at the company to respond.

Mp3 is music files.

Mp4 is film.

If they have no cash, then a legal letter may be no point. Besides they could just claim he broke one of there rules or something. Often it is best to move on.

That's why I was asking him to document everything as evidence and take it to a lawyer. If he hasn't broken any of their laws or at least get an answer from someone.

I do agree with you that we're ONLY getting one side of the story - for all we know he did break some rules and simply isn't telling us hoping to create a stink on the boards. It's the only advice I can give at this time assuming he's not done anything wrong.

Thanks for the reply. I have always played by the rules. I was making promos, trailers, videos, galleries, generating new sales and rebills for years when they were using ccbill, one day they changed to epoch who only payed to the sponsor and not to the affiliate, so they told me they will pay my part via paypal, ok, i trusted them i keep working. But their payments were slow, slow and then one day they stopped paying. Now they say they are closing the paysite. But, they havent payed the accumulated debt (money that they received in full but prefered not to pay my part).

Anyway, i guess the only thing i can do is move on.

The content i have is the one i have been working with for years to make promos and trailers, years of content. Is a kind of amateur-style content that is not easy to find. Similar to what texasbukkake was trying to do. Mostly amateur women, mostly matures and milfs, not many or any professional pornstars.

So, the content is good, but as i dont have docs and now i dont have any contact with the sponsor i simply was thinking in a naive way that i could make something useful with it.

Now that BPL is working at Home Depot, you can host "webmaster bukakke" parties in Vegas and LA without facing any competition.

So basically you have no legal ownership or rights to the content. Given the owner is apparently broke, one possible solution is to somehow get the owner to legaly license/transfer those rights, and copies of the documents, to you in exchange for the funds they owe you.

Chance of them doing that is probably close to zero.

If they are closing the site, I suspect they have run out of cash, and possibly in debt.

If they owe you money, they probably owe hundreds of others money.

Your probably best to move on.

Over the years many went bust because they burned cash like crazy. For example for years we had sites on this forum offering 100% to affiliates and all sorts. Sites were buying or getting people to shoot tons of high end content. It felt like because one did, others felt they had to. Everyone wanted to look like the king. I suspect many got huge loans.

Then over the years most of these sites have closed.

Some simply seemed to give up even in the good times.

The thing is, there are a lot of bukkake sites, so I presume you promote more than one. If you put all your eggs into one basket (promoted a single site), then that seems daft.

A few years ago everyone was shooting bukkake content. I used to shoot it for a female friends site. In truth it was never a turn on for me, and I found shooting it dull.
