Whichever is the most easy and convenient for you to steal... :2 cents:

I still work on a desktop, but mostly design for mobile. Because most of the world is poor and poor people don't have computers, but they all have cell phones.

Buy all so you have back up computers.

You get the most for your money when you build or buy a desktop.

I have a Mac mini, but I also bought a Nuc. I use it to run virtual linux machines to learn with and test security and various scenarios. They are great little machines.

Not if you're doing anything that involves video. And EVERYONE but the secretary is doing video these days.

I use a gaming laptop with a dock with two 23" displays and a wireless keyboard and mouse. I don't game but the specs are higher than normal laptops and the SSD drives are nice.

Same here. The advantage is that when I travel or go on vacation, I take with me the laptop that contains all my actual work and up-to-date data. :thumbsup

All my work is done on desktop - laptop is only used when going to trade shows. Desktops also have more flexibility than a laptop but it truly depends on your lifestyle

I have three work stations - two PCs and one laptop. My two PCs are two huge old Alienware computers and need to be updated. For the laptop I have a Surface Laptop 3 which I love.

This weekend I decided to get rid of the older PC which barely works at this point and replace it with a new laptop. With a docking station and multiple monitors.... It's fine for what we need for a "back up" work station.
