Hi, I bought my first emoji domain ✖️✖️✖️.ws a week ago, just for fun. It is just nice to have but do you think it will ever be useful? In the browser, the emojis are converted into a puny code and in the end it looks more like a shady url. They are also not supported by most TLDs but you can buy '.ws' for example. Are there more webmasters who have emoji domains?

I didn't even know this was possible. Sounds odd.

I make it a pissing site/tube over the generic one. Then the WS stands for 'WaterSports'

No. I think the proliferation of domain types has just diluted the space too much, and these don't seem to offer much new.

You would have to type Unicode characters in the address bar of your browser.

Internationalized Domain Name (IDN)

Emoji domains are a fad. Stick with .com and single keywords or short phrases that have commercial value.

i would have bought the .com to my name, however, the .xxx is favourable considering, xxx is preferred by "search" as long as the search is for porn & me personally :thumbsup

I never get .xxx domain name in a search result? (Florida, USA)
