Complaint against Hostblast.net / hostblast.online
 

I opened a support ticket over billing last Sunday and you have never responded. In fact, I get the feeling that I'm being ignored.

1. Your live chat does NOT keep regular hours and the representative has ZERO ABILITY TO ADDRESS ANY PROBLEMS;
2. The main office phone number you have listed on your site is either fake or purposely disabled.

Kindly get someone to respond to me ASAP.

PS; If you're not responding to me because you think I'm an idiot.. Then all I can say is that I've never said that I was Albert Einstein. However, good businessmen know that they have to answer EVERYONE'S questions including those from morons like me.

Don't host with a host that uses those newfangled TLDs.

I have had multi million dollar companies do similar stuff hope you get it taken care of.

This is where I found them.

I wanted a cheap host because I want to do some marketing experiments without worrying that might contaminate my normal business efforts.

someone probably just spammed their ref. link but I never saw anybody from that host on here... plus, you should do your homework... they have pretty bad reviews online.
