I need workers with the following skills:

- Video editing (You must work on any niches)

- Graphic Design (You must work on Photoshop/Illustrator, and you need to be able to make logos/banners/sales thread.. and any other things)

- Writers in English (You must be able to write articles in any niches with more than 3000 words, and your English must be perfect. I don't care if you are not native, as long as your English is good)

- Voice Over in English (You must be from the USA or England. Accent is a must here. American accent is preferred)

However, this is completely unprofessional. Your services are an embarrassment to businesses around the world. Also, be aware that I needed these workers for clients I can get on a forum, not for me. It's called "DropService".. for your information.. The fact that I was offering designs for $20 is not a problem, I guess.

Instead of saying "whats the pay", you could instead say "Hello! I'm interested. Hovewer, I'd like to know how much you're going to pay. Sorry to ask that, but since people want things for very cheap these days, that's why I ask".
