Vincent Van Gogh, one of the World's Most Famous Artists in History Sold 1 Painting in His Lifetime
 

Van Gogh only sold one painting during his lifetime, Red Vineyard at Arles. This painting now resides at the Pushkin Museum in Moscow. The rest of Van Gogh's more than 900 paintings were not sold or made famous until after his death.

The Dr Who episode with Van Goph was one of the best in the entire series and still haunts my memories every time I think of it. Truly was an emotional and positive impact on how one life can mean so much

I haven't seen the whole episode, or any Dr Who episode to be honest. I may download it and check it out. It surely is a powerful scene.
