Trouble about DMCA
 

I have a large number of 8K videos in my hand, but these collections have no copyright, which means that I can only enjoy them by myself. This is really annoying. Am I under DMCA custody if I'm not in the US? How can these treasured videos be turned into cash? I want to circumvent the DMCA, how do I do it?

for real these idiots. all it takes is to complain to their ad service co's (and boycotts by legit folks of those who still support them regardless) and their monetization is over as quick as their old burner adsense accounts

Bought at a cheap price, it should belong to a private collection, but I want to use it to make money, it's as simple as that.

Well you need to do the same - The guy had a 'private collection' of illegal videos. He managed to find a fool (You) to pay him for them...

He has just made his money off of them, without worrying about DMCA, as he never put them online - He sold them to you.

So you now need to find two other fools who will pay you, the same as you paid him - You've just doubled your money, from YOUR private Collection...

Who did you buy it from?

Maybe we are all just misunderstanding what you are attempting.

If this was a private collection -- the performers probably never signed releases or 2257 for the scenes.

Which means you will never get billing for it. And if you do manage to get it up and get billing, one of those performers will find out and will contact whomever you are using for billing.

The billing company will stop processing for your entire site until you prove ownership on the videos. And without 2257 and releases on every video, you will be done.

So any work, effort or money you put into getting them up online will be completely wasted.

Enjoy your private collection. Thats all it will ever be.

Thank you for your answer. These videos are pirated and have not acquired copyright ownership. I don't care about morals and laws, I just want to make money. But maybe as you said, I may have done an ineffective job overnight. How do I get around this contradiction?
