Yes, I mainly promo via the RealDoll affiliate program https://affiliates.realdoll.com/.

However, as far as results go promoting sex dolls specific programs, I have sold more dildos (RealCock2) via their affiliate program and earn't more commission from sex dolls through general sex toy shops that stock higher end dolls, mainly female, even though don't generally tend to promo dolls via generic sex toy merchants program.
