AWEmpire payment issue
 

Hi, I was wondering is their any AWEmpire affiliate mangers or representatives on here?

I have been an affiliate on AW since 2017 never had any issue but recently I been told by emails the payment processor "triple a" declined my payment but the problem is on my panel it's saying "Paid"

Now I do believe if I get in contact with anyone my problem will be solved but I resulted to come here because my affiliate manger disappeared on skype since December of last year and support takes ages to respond by email (I asked multiple times to get in contact with anyone via instant messenger but I was simply ignored)

But they told me to create an e wallet but none accept clients from my country and I really do not want to deal with any shady e wallet because Paxum back in 2019 closed my account out of now where, wired me the money and I had to go through a lot of drama to get the rest of my money from my TruCash card.

So please guys if you know any representatives of AW on here please tag em so we can solve this issue.

They now payout in crypto, why not use that?

but now they told me the processor refused the transaction

What?! Wtf is a processor? It's impossible to "refuse" a crypto transaction. Don't use something stupid like shitbase (coin base) or something even though I still can't imagine how that can be refused

They use "Triple A" as a processor
the way it works is that they send a link to your email and a text to your mobile number and their you can in put ur crypto address and get the payment
I emailed AW and told them should I put a sibling phone number and email instead if they refused the current

yet to get a reply

Support is support... they are always there when you don't need them.
When you do need them, they are somewhere ... else ...:helpme

These scammers closed my account and didn't even make a payout! The account was very old!

why not use the contact form inside of your awe account? I always get replies in a few hours.

Update:
Today I got a very detailed email about all my issues :)
The affiliate manger doesn't work with them anymore

And they offered to pay me with PayPal if I'm not an adult content producer because it's a very special case
Or compensate the USD amount in EUR to send it via wire transfer I think

Also they explained why it's saying "paid" on my stats

P.S: I had no malicious intent making this thread I was just genuinely looking for a representative of AW on here so I can get paid and solve my issue quick since my account manger is not available anymore.

You've seemed to have payment problems with alot. Maybe you're the scammer..

Maybe you need to read the post history on that account and point me out where he makes you think he is a scammer. It's a typical webmaster post history with emotional rollercoasters here and there, go read it yourself. That's what a working webmaster's life is about. :1orglaugh :upsidedow

There are constant problems with payments from affiliate programs, and they have always been and are! Apparently you are not in business just talking nonsense!
