Sites/networks I've bought over the past 2-3 years:

75k, 70k, 42k, 48k and various others in the 3000-8000$ range

Can send screenshots from epik.com escrow / emails, broker.xxx, escrowdomains.com, telegram direct sale (I received sites first then sent money after)

What is the problem with most of these services, kyc and not having crypto options, epik.com are completely off their rocker, escrowdomains.com is slow as shit, broker.xxx is expensive and mostly for large sales

Maybe gfy needs a middleman service to make it easier to buy sites from autistic rejects that think their peasant network means someone should send them money first and then deal with their nonsense afterwards, no thanks, besides others getting scammed recently sending money upfront for websites
