I don't know anything about the service mentioned above. I wonder if it is a working tool. I'm always looking for ways to increase traffic to my account. And reaching a live, active audience is a difficult task.

I don´t think it´s stealing. I assume the promotion company uses a few short vids to promote on xhamster and sends traffic to their promotion site, while they promote the model who´s content they used, unless it´s literally there own purchased content anyway...
