Does anyone here use them? I am having issues withdrawing the money to my bank account, always worked before, last two attempts have been unsuccessful

Looks like they are having issues with their Canadian bank provider for transfers, hopefully it's solved soon so I can withdraw

I sometimes have problems at weekends with cosmo, revolut and paypal...

payment in no problem, it´s sending payment to my own bank, several times from each of them at weekend only, have said, payment in transaction, or payment in review and then monday morning, it´s gone straight through.

When I asked, the reply was, this just happens sometimes, at weekends :2 cents:

was it a weekend problem or an issue with the Canadian banks?

No the issue has not been solved yet, still the same problem

Hello, our provider has informed us of Canadian banks closing accounts related to the adult industry, and are therefore investigating further to ensure the transfers are safe and secure. We are in constant communication with them on this item and hope to get confirmation soon that there will be no issues moving forward.
Rest assured this is a top priority for us.
