OnlyFans Chatters (ENG & ESP natives only)
 

Type: Full- time, 18:00-03:00 (EST, US Time)[other schedules also possible]
Salary: Base + generous commission structure (based on experience & location) ~ up to 15% commission
Location: Fully remote

A British talent management agency is looking for an OnlyFans Chatter. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in such a role, fantastic interpersonal skills and drive to achieve exceptional results. We are looking for candidates from the following geos:

- United Kingdom
- USA
- Spain/ Latam (*Native Spanish speakers that have a high level of English are especially desirable)

Responsibilities:
- Be able to chat with fans authentically
- Engage subscribers emotionally on a daily basis
- Chat in a way that is consistent and calibrated to the account and subscriber

Requirements:
- Native level English (or very fluent, if you are not from the US or UK - C2+
- 0-2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Hardworking and honest
- A deep understanding of human psychology is highly desirable
- Knowledge of pop culture
- Laptop/Computer and a fast internet connection
