Are men telling lies when they say they have no interest in porn?
 

It often makes me smile when women say they would not marry a man who looks at porn.

In my view most men (not all) who claim they do not look at porn are telling lies.

In makes me giggle that women would prefer to marry a man who lies rather than someone honest.

I tend to suspect men who say they are not interested in porn as dishonest, because it is built into mammals to see interest in the opposite sex (or same sex if you or gay or lesbian).

I tend to suspect men who claim to have no interest in porn as dishonest people trying to pretend they are someone they are not.

Although I've been married for 14 years and in the industry for 30 - me watching porn has never affected my wife since she knows it's my job.

For me - it started when I got to know the pornstars and we became friends - and that now seemed awkward t view their stuff since it wasn't a fantasy. Now I've seen so much and work in the industry that I am tried and honestly bored with porn. I'm always spotting things wrong - recognizing who were the film crew or have seen that scene re-enacted so many times. So now - I don't watch porn and if I try - am bored constantly with it.

Do some men not watch porn? Sure. Some people have a very low sex drive and have no desire to watch porn.

Then again you can have a close friend who knows you work in porn and not know he has a massive porn addiction that lead to his wife leaving him.

People are fucking odd.

Pretty much what TheLegacy said - I can no longer watch porn if I know the actors in person. It no longer feels like porn, more like peeping.
Other than that - I've never had a problem with anyone over the age of majority watching porn, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only woman who doesn't view it as anything abnormal. Don't marry crazy religious nutcracks and you'll be alright.
