What hi risk payment processor has the best API?
 

I am trying to figure out which payment processor for monthly subscription has the most complete and well-maintined API docs, particularly for rest APIs, maybe web hooks would be nice as well.

I checked out a couple so far:

1. Payment Cloud - was not happy that their docs were not public and they seem to be using a 3rd party. Pass.

2. CCBill - not bad, good docs for rest API. Also have support for webhooks, which would be helpful if I wanted to go that route.

3. Segpay - I see their ads pop up a lot, so their online marketing must be pretty good, good sign. However, did not find the developer docs to be as good or easy to navigate as CCBill's

So far, I am leaning to CCBill.

Any others that are worth lookiing into?
