Check HERE (ref link). It's my go to when I want exchange my BTC to Paypal. The sendings are not friend to friend so Paypal take high fees (PayPal cuts 4% to 6% of the original amount) - but there are so little option out there for exchanging, so I use them over a year now. Support is very good, my highest exchange was around 800$ at once and in total I'm sure over 10k.

If u want Paypal €, you still should order there BTC->PaypalUSD and change it to euros on your paypal. Somehow u have a better rate.

always look at "we recive" to know what exactly u need to send. Cause the number shown in "You send" inlcudes estimated network fees and it leads in confusion for me.

Sendings come often in multiple parts. So wait until your order status is completed.

The exchange is a little bit fiddly (need to make a screenshot of the transaction in the wallet for example), but after you get into it it's fine. I tested them with small money and step by step I exchanged more.

As I mentioned the support is great and made me multiple times very fast and easy.
It's the only online service I know where u can exchange some bitcoin for paypal without kyc.
