Any of you got 'smart watches' & are they actully usefull?

I have a fitbit charge 4. Tracks my steps, sleep and heartrate - Tells me the time at a glance and thats about all I use it for...

Battery is a bit shit these days, so I looked for a replacement, and saw google watch - But only 24 hours battery life? Fuck that. So I saw the galaxy - 6 days - that's better, but seems to do all sorts of shit I'll nev er even look at - let alone use...

Prob gonna get a charge 6 when released in august... But anyone wanna make a case for something better that i could just steal now? & if so... Why? What do you do with yours ?

Mobvoi TicWatch, cheap and it is a gps on your arm.

A bit safer than waling around holding your mobile in your hand for somone to steal.

Also easer for cycling.

Huawei band 7 £49.00, shits all over fitbits and has a 2 week battery life.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/HUAWEI-Band...dp/B0B2K7JP78/

BUT... Band 8 is out in coming months.
https://consumer.huawei.com/en/wearables/band8/

My main use is telling time, weather forecasts, receiving replying to text messages, seeing how long I slept and the quality of, the find my phone feature is also great. I charged mine about once a week but its usually still on 60% and I just charge regardless, about 15-30 minutes recharge time, I have everything turned on with it and use with a google 7 pro phone.

Sadly I have a collection of watches now rusting away.

Thanks for the recommendation. Not heard of those before - Looks like they might well do the 'simple' stuff I need, without being 'over the top' - Will do some further research later.

Thanks :)

Yes, thankyou BaldBastard - I checked out some reviews and it looks perfect - Will do EVERYTHING I want it to do, without having to waste battery on stuff I dont need / wont look at.

Thanks again - I would never have heard of that tracker :thumbsup

The last thing I want is push notifications on my wrist.

Bed tracks my sleep, phone more or less tracks steps if I needed that.

I like a real mechanical watch for telling time / wrist candy.

bookmark this leads you through the setup, once it's done open the health app, tap devices and there you can change watch settings, I just turn everything on.

I’ve been using my Apple Watch for years now. Love it.

I was having a tooth out a few months ago, and the dentist was a beautiful young Chinese American woman. I wear a Garmin because I try to keep active. During the extraction, a push notification appeared on my watch that my SERP report for one of my shemale sites was ready. The word - 'shemales' was in the middle of the watch face clearly visible. The dentist saw it and burst out laughing. I couldn't say a thing because my mouth was jammed open!

Yep, had I been fully in the apple ecosystem, with an iPhone, Id have had an apple watch years ago.

Likewise, as I am in the google ecosystem, I will be getting a pixel watch - But not for a few years - Or at least until battery life has caught up... :thumbsup
