You're going to need 3 to 5 decent looking women in hot clothes. On a scale of 1 to 10, you're aiming for 7s and 8s because too good looking intimidates men. So, does slut wear so keep the clothes sexy but not whore-ish.

The best girls will either be strippers or have a stripper's mentality. They're here to make money and they know how to make men give it to them. Hookers attitudes can work too but be careful because the wrong one can create hell.

Give each woman a phone with your porn videos on them. Then give them a way to upload those videos on to someone else's phone. OTG modules and Feem work well.

Pay each girl $200 for the night plus either a commission percentage or tell them that you need to get a minimum amount for each video and the rest she keeps. I tend to favor the later method because the more money a girl makes the more she wants.
