It feels like they don't look at emails.

Has anyone been in touch with them lately?

Their program and sites have been down for about a week that I am aware. I was giving them the benefit that of the doubt that it was a temporary issue, but it looks like it might be time to call it.

I think that program is dead they haven't responded to anything for several years now and also do not pay. We have several pending unpaid payments for years now
