cheap windows 11 product key sites - do they work?

need a copy of windows 11 for a new build and nearly shat when the pro version was $200

quick searching yields sites like: productkeys.com & g2a.com where you can apparently get full keys for $11-30 bucks
lots of good reviews, but we all know those can be hacked...

has anyone had any luck using any of these cheaper license key sites google is allowing to stay sponsored?

let me know your thoughts boys

CurrentlySober 07-14-2023 03:16 PM

I bought a Windows 10 key from g2a many years ago and never had any issues, I even upgraded to Windows 11 with the same key and it still works

The shady looking sites are selling student or some other keys from Nigeria or somewhere Microsoft sells keys for almost nothing , so the keys will activate windows but you are breaking the tos of Microsoft when buying then , for a small company or personal usage does not matter Microsoft will never go after you for it , for a bigger company yea don’t do it.

I know places that sell keys for as low as $5-$10

Yeah I found a lot of the sites are all shady and have dodgy 'reviews' on reddit. I got 2 from G2A for like $20 and they've worked for about 5 years on my laptop and PC

https://www.keysworlds.com/

I've bought Office, Windows and a few other programs from KeysWorlds.
$16.95 for Win 10 then upgrade and Bob's your uncle.

3€ gamers-outlet.net/en/software

I bought several and they work without problems.

There was also on ebay a year ago.

Yes, they do. You may have to do phone activation, which is a good 20 minute job, but apart from that - all good.

Some people having issues with these 2nd hand sellers.
While back I was reading about keys have been deactivated after weeks or quarter year and peeps couldnīt use their Windows anymore.

Doesnīt seem to be common, but itīs possible some keys were not deactivated before they getting resold, so thereīs a risk.

I also donīt like the prices for Win10/11, but never would go with these cheap keys.

i have a person who sells oem keys, i havent had any issues with them myself onkly bought windows 11 pro for a few machines.

No sympathy from me if y'all come crying about people selling your passwords and stealing your content.

sandman! 07-17-2023 07:22 PM

I have never seen windows or office break once activated , I have seen keys that worked for 1 day and not the next but anything activated stays activated.
