Want to buy a property in Central Eurpoe for AirBNB
 

I am looking to buy a residential property in Central Europe (preferably EU region).

Please suggest some option for cities & specific locations which are Airbnb friendly & the houses can be let out for media production.

I have kept an upper ceiling budget of €50,000

Try Prague,Zagreb

I have lived in both these places in 2019-20 pre pandemic.
I personally like Zagreb more than Prague due to its simplicity as compared to Prague. But tourism is such a big difference between both the cities!
So for AirBNB it is hard to make a choice.

Yes i was not paying attention to listed amount - for that none of capitol city in eastern europe is suitable, only country side but you cant really make money with airbnb and countryside.

Just make sure it is legal there. Most, if not all of those cities banned AirBNB to this or that extent.
