Best Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) with tight social media restrictions?
 

It seems that everyone has a running blog, vlog, or feed by default these days.

1) Does anyone recommend any good NDAs with tight restrictions on disclosing any/all interactions to social media?

2) is it too much to ask for built-in actionable terms that can be taken directly to small claims court, without required professional legal services?
