Responsibilities:
* Embrace the role of our model persona and create content that genuinely reflects their voice, style, and interests.
* Craft engaging and relatable tweets, posts, and stories across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Interact and engage with followers as the model persona, building authentic connections and fostering conversations.
* Develop and execute compelling social media strategies that align with the model's personality and resonate with the target audience.
* Collaborate with the team to schedule and publish weekly posts that showcase the model's life and interests.
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and audience preferences to adjust strategies.
* Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize growth, engagement, and sales conversion.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a passion for role-playing and personal account management.
* Ability to immerse yourself in the model persona, crafting content that captivates and connects.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
* Exceptional communication skills, both as the model and in professional interactions.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate original and relatable content.
