Where is the best place to sell domains? I have 2 for sale unrelated to adult

n3rdy.com

and

j3nn.com

Depends on their value. You can list them on sedo or GoDaddy auctions. You can sell them at webmaster world. If they are under 1000 then a forum and if they are high dollar then sedo or GoDaddy.

Do you know if sedo and GoDaddy allow you to sell on them if they're registered somewhere else?

I can only attest to Sedo but your answer is yes. I just listed all my adult domains for sale there and I use a different domain provider than Sedo. You'll need to prove ownership, they have a few options available to do so.
