Paxum Withdrawals Stuck Again

Paxum withdrawals are stuck, and this is the third time they cancelled my wire transfer request. Got a USD withdrawal to card cancelled too. What's wrong with them?

It has been over a month. Here is the last email from them:

We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to facilitate the processing of your Wire transfers.

You can resubmit the Wire USD withdrawal and it will be processed as soon as the issue will be resolved, however, I regret to inform you that I am unable to provide you with an estimated timeframe for resolution, as this information is not available to us, and the issue lies outside our sphere of control.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter.

They added msg or emailed (don't remember) some weeks ago that they have problems with USD Withdrawals

3-4 years ago we had Payoneer, never had problems with them.

I wonder why they all switched to Paxum.

Because they moved adult part to special division and that division went out of business ?

Another Paxum success story.

:2 cents:

I got an email from Grooby Bucks last night saying that Paxum have temporarily stopped accepting incoming US wire transfers, so affiliate payments have been delayed.

Yesterday (sunday here) i received the CB payment mail, went to Paxum and it was already there. Made an EFT transfer and in an hour it was on my bank account, all on the same day.

It takes days for me.

I am in the UK.

your point? incoming US wire transfers (to load Paxum account) have nothing to do with EFT withdrawal.

My point? I suppose that "incomming" is the transfer from CB to Paxum? Payment mail from CB and already on my Paxum?

Something is terribly wrong on their end.

About 48 hours after the request, the ACH withdrawal has worked to the USA.

The amount was in the high xx,xxx. Actually saved me $45 from the wire method. Go figure.

Time delay works as that wires are not batched, which is why they happen pretty quick. But that's also why you pay more. ACH and SEPA are batched. So the local bank collects them and then finally sends them along at a certain time. The receiving banks then batch them and finally account for them. If there are banks in-between, they batch them.

So... Was 1 extra day. But it worked for less money.

Long live pussy... And paxum. And autocorrect. Hooray!

Hello

I think this problem is more for USA , this is my last convo with Ruth if it helps

Hi Ross,

I'm sorry for my late response.

Do you mean USD wire withdrawal? At the moment that is temporarily unavailable, however I'm happy to say that we've actually been able to implement ACH withdrawal for USA clients in the meantime, so you should be able to withdraw funds via ACH.

For the Prepaid card, if your account is eligible then you should see a prompt on the first page after you sign in for you to be able to request/order your card.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,

Ruth :)
