I need traffic for a TGP

Cash: PPC SE traffic is too expensive for a TGP. I need something like $4-$6 per 1k for US/Ca surfers

I don't believe what you are looking for exists at the moment. First off, $4-6K per 1K US/Ca surfers is cheap :) Anyone would love that. closest I could recommend is www.traffic-out.com but they accept paypal and it is $5 per $1K but that is around 40% foreign traffic, but 100-150% productivity on most TGPs. They only accept paypal though. For epassport I only know of www.spotbrokers.com (which is gallery traffic) or banners.spotbrokers.com (which is for paysites and is much more per click for US/Ca traffic then you want).

Prices fluctuate but you can send traffic to basically anything, it doesn't have to be galleries.
