I've never been such a fan of Slasher Horror Movies, but these ones below were pretty tense while watching...

1. The Conjuring (2013)
2. Get Out (2017)
3. Insidious (2010)
4. Us (2019)
5. Vivarium (2019)
6. A Quiet Place (2018)
7. Hereditary (2018)
8. Midsommar (2019)
9. The Rite (2011)
10. In The Tall Grass (2019)

I'm huge fan of Stephen King, but screening of his books into movies are usually shitty.

However, he's one of my favorite writers, obviously, I don't like all of his work, it would be impossible. Even he doesn't like his entire work, man wrote 70 books/novels and couple hundred Short Stories (which were an inspiration for tons of movies and TV Shows). Man's a legend. Period.

Hey @brass, well I think I wrote somewhere above that I'm not a huge fan of those Slasher Horror Movies, I'm more into some Intense, Mystery and Psychological Horror Movies... That's why I liked your suggestion.

Yeah, those can be interesting, make sure you check out The Rite (2011), with Anthony Hopkins, since you're into those kind of Horror Movies. I think you might like it.

I'm not sure how is this new one, from this year, The Pope's Exorcist, with Russell Crowe. I've seen it has on HBO, but wasn't so interested to check. Also, I read some reviews, they say it's rubbish.

Oh yeah, Seven (1995), I loved it. Each time I catch if I watch TV I must see it again. Amazing movie. David Fincher is genius director as well, love all of his movies.

Fallen (1998) with Denzel (one of my favorite actors), also one of my favorite movies with him in a main role. Azazel and whole that story, crazy!!

Usually if a horror movie has a black guy, he dies first. Kind of like the red shirt guys in Star Trek.

Never seen a movie that went into that sort of "reproduction" (cop, priest, etc). That was fuckeddd up.

I've first read a book "I'm Thinking of Ending Things" like 2 years before movie came out, so I kinda knew what to expect when movie started streaming on Netflix in 2020. Book was somewhere in 2016. But I liked the book and the movie, it was so fucking weird, creepy, crazy, mystical, mindfucking......

And yes, same actress in both movies. Brass is right.

Lovable old dude, liked how he called Danny "doc"...

Great movie, I loved it. Stanley Kubrick - what to say about that man. But interesting thing, Stephen King hated The Shining, even had a dispute with Kubrick about it. Either way it was an iconic movie.

What do you guys think about Eyes Wide Shut (1999)?

I've seen entire The Conjuring trilogy (so far), excellent, no doubt. I didn't like Annabelle for example, wasn't much a fan of it (I see it's under that multiverse). The Nun 1 and 2, so so, they were watchable. The Amityville Horror - I'm lost there, don't know which movie is which, which one comes after another, it's crazy how many movies, versions and parts...

I'm not a sucker for those demonic doll movies, like Annabelle or Chucky. But creepy, weird and demonic children, I am. Thus, The Boy (2016), that was something. Good one!
