Social Media Manager for OnlyFans Agency
 

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our OnlyFans management agency full time.

If you have a proven track record of driving engagement and growth to models' socials and are ready work with multiple of them, we're looking for you.

You will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing the content strategy for our models across various platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and OnlyFans itself)
- Producing creative briefs for the models
- Finding good references for the models to follow
- Ensure timely production
- Managing posting schedules and monitoring social media accounts (you will have VAs to help you executing).
- Analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Creating eye catching captions related to NSFW scenes
- Occasionally, running social media ad campaigns (FB/IG/TikTok)
- Keeping up-to-date with social trends
- Scheduling regular mass DM PPVs at OnlyFans and creating PPV wall posts on free OF pages.

Requirements:

- Fully fluent in English
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Understanding what makes people stop scrolling, having good taste
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop fresh, appealing content
- Analytical mindset for tracking and reporting on KPIs
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Team leading skills, you will have VAs working for you
