I'm getting old, and dumped an email account without backing up the emails.

At this moment, I don't remember your first name or which country you were based in. Age is catching up on me. Sorry.

However ...

You and I had exchanged emails, around February to April of this year, and had agreed in principle, that you would do some specific coding, and apply US based proxies, to a system/program that I wanted you to manage.

Sometimes it seems like it.

I know I can find someone else to deliver the service I require but I made a commitment to hire this particular individual when I am ready. Hopefully the right person sees the post and teaches out to me.
