Make sure they have years of experience and that they know details about the model. Specially the ones that already have tons of fans. Otherwise you'll start noticing lots of unsubscribes after the new chatter starts..

Very much so. I've seen it as low as $4 to $6 an hour, but most pay around $10-$12.

It's decent for sure. I think it's best if you do hourly rate + % commission.
