MG Premium and his bots
 

Does anyone here have a problem with this company called mg premium? I know they own studios like brazzers, mofos, reality kings.

These bastards are sending fake dmca to any page on my website, and google simply removes the page without asking for any additional information, I'm using amateur videos on my website that I embed from xvideos (if some fucker come to sayyy you dont own those videos tooo just read xvideos terms about embeds), I'm not using videos from Brazzers, mofos, anything related to this company . And their bot keeps sending dmca to any page on my website.

One interesting thing is that their bot is only taking pages with traffic to send dmca.

I read on another adult forum that the strategy of these bastards is to make Google remove competitors pages from the search engine.

You have no right to use those videos. You are the bastard here, and a thief who is also kind of stupid since you publicly brag about your stealing.

Embedding and downloading are two different things you dumbass. You stated that you downloaded those videos.

You are 100% allowed to use their embeds just as copyright owners are allowed to send DMCA notices to the pages with their content embedded on it.

Embedding isn't some legal loophole where you can get around having pirated content on your site AND just because it's on Xvideos, it doesn't mean its licensed/authorized.

Yes because I wrote 'downloaded videos' some people think i'm downloading and hosting the videos , i'm downloading the embed code and putting on my website even the thumbs come from xvideos cdn url.

Just don't say the word download and you'll be fine.

Some people have similar issues with cam embeds, he just used the word Download instead of embed. I don't think he's the bad guy here...
