Someone else has to buy it, like with everything on the market, but its instant, so you barely notice any of the stuff in the background.

Go to an exchange, deposit your Bitcoin, place a limit sell order at the price you want, and wait.
Or, if you need the sell now, asap, then market sell it instantly.

you can get your cash instantly by using a BITCOIN ATM, but these ATMs have a withdrawal limit

and really high fees.
