he was so good in Homicide. I really liked that show and Frank was a pivotal character

rest in peace to a talented actor

I really like the scene he did with Steve Buscemi in "Homicide: Life on the Street".

The N word is dropped and both characters show good emotions. The scene is blocked by NBC universal for copywrite now. Don't think that would be show on tv today.
