I have a paysite project in progress and need some advice :Oh crap

Site -> Designer will make it look great!
Contents -> I have a lot of JAV licenses so I'll be able to post often enough!
Affiliate campaign -> I have no idea what the market is for this... of course it depends on capital strength! I wonder how much effort we'd have to put into it to get how many members?
