Seriously though, why is it, in 2024, there is no Medical AI that if you took a pic of a rash or a cut on your dick, and get an assessment or prescription for meds.

I was wasted and zippered up my cock when commando a few years ago, the metal of the zipper pinched my dickhead and actual caused a gash. It was extremely painful and I though my dick as going to rot off for like a week.
