My card, I think VISA, not working for at least half an year.

I think I got that email before the official release because I've got the same content as a reply to my ticket.

I've noticed that I can't load money on my card in the previous days. I thought it was some bug. But when I needed it seriously, I tried the mobile and desktop versions and both attempts were unsuccessful.

I've contacted them and got that plus a few more polite answers, quickly.

To me, they said it is a problem with a bank issuing cards and my region. Where are you guys located? It seems it is global.

I didn't get an explanation of what was really going on considering there were no problems since I am using their service.

Also, support said that cards probably won't be available anymore. So what's the purpose of their service then?

Paxum is going to love all this.

that was fixed a long time ago and working fine now.

Tested online and on ATMs last week - not working.

Is anyone doing an exchange? Sending $ by Cosmo, looking for some other option.
