The whole web application was entirely developed in-house, Javascript/PHP/MySQL/Bash/FFMPEG.
The infrastructure relies on several servers:
-1 well configured server for running the DB
-1 server for running the code and serving assets, dmca unsensitive,
-1 + N servers for hosting the videos and serving the streamings

Total cost of the infrastructure ~$500 / month
