the only sites on my network really struggling are the ones who don't update or promote. a couple updates a week and 5 hours of marketing keeps you out of the matrix.

yea solo is hard now but OF cant compete with multi-model sites and networks.

paysites just need the type of models customers are looking for AND the engagement. most networks and paysites are still push publishing. i tell site owners all the time you need to engage with members as much as possible.

MET does great in their niche because they publish a lot every day. most paysites cant keep up with that publication schedule so they need engagement. i worked for Hegre in studio in its infancy and engagement is the only thing that helped him compete with MET. we had meetings about MET lol

the only solo model sites surviving today are virtual gf style where the site owner/model is active and engaged with members. dormant solo sites are long dead - even on OF.

Well said.I left solo years ago. But even back then we were engaged. I had 4 solo girl websites and I answered all the punters in four female voices. It was work, but it was raining money so worth it.

yea those early days transitioned into the cam era :warning then tubes killed off most of the solo sites and a lot of paysites.

last year is the first year in a decade i've seen growth in paysites. it would have been bigger with a better economy. we'll see what happens..
