What makes MOST MONEY on WEBCAMS?
Hot girls with blah personalities?
Or run-of-the-mill girls with vibrant personalities? |
Someone who is relatable to you.
It can mean either and any of those things. You will have CB bimbo-ish doll-types making just as much as money as some weird or mildly unattractive gamer girl will on MFC. There are customers out there for every type, but you can't stick a bunch of non-English (depends on the market, obviously) speaking models in front of a laptop and expect them to make money just by doing what the viewer tells them. It simply won't work.. Put simply, you need indie talent as well in the mix, and not just the studio girls that won't make a penny for themselves or you. There are customers out there who get off on the whole studio girl vibe, and pushing the boundaries, but all it will do is put the talent off from doing cams long term... |

And on a personal note: girls that have licking their armpits on the tip menu.

Lights and a good camera

Gosh, guys! This is a serious business thread, as we are growing SEXXX.
Come on, I want to hear all your opinions |
This isn't rocket science - the girls have to learn to develop a relationship with the user - to know them and remember them but mostly - give the feeling the user is the most important person to them.
I've seen MILF's do better than women who were incredibly attractive simply because they understood to be happy and inviting - wanting to develop a relationship. Users can find any hot girl - but to find someone who they feel knows and likes them keeps them returning If you're looking for eye candy then do research to find what users like - there are many ways to find that out - but a self absorbed beauty who only cares about herself and making money is a turn off - that and she isn't open to fulfilling the users desires. I've seen men spend thousands only for the opportunity to be the one she "trusts" to watch over her while she sleeps - yup - while she sleeps. It's who you are drawing in - who are the users and why are they there. If they don't get attention and a smile - they leave. There is a great deal more - but that's what I've learned from cam companies I've helped before |

I've heard big spenders say that it's not about the performer being attractive or anything, it's about interaction and making it seem like the performer is actually interested in the spender and talking with them and not the usual "give me money because I'm hot" kind of thing.
Some performers on CB make good money with maybe 30 viewers sometimes with constant tips, and sometimes performers have 6000+ viewers with no tips coming in. |
POV from a long time affiliate: It's the performers who have the natural beauty or unique star power look that stops the surfer from scrolling away. It literally all hinges on the thumb in the API feed.
Chaturbate used to be number one with this but so much talent has migrated elsewhere. |
