🎙️Looking for 2 people
-1 who can work 40 hours a week (8 hours M-F),
-1 that can work 24 hours a week (12 hours, Saturday, Sunday)

🎙️Duties include:
⁃ Quality assurance on chatting of the OF account (grading conversations based on the Company’s SOP, English, and other guidelines)
⁃ One-on-one shadowing/ training/ meetings with OF account’s chatters
⁃ Daily meetings with the Executives to discuss Account Analytics and chatter's performance
⁃ Provide weekly/monthly performance reviews for chatters working on OF accounts
- Developing Chatting Scripts

🎙️Experience Required:
-1 Year Chatting and
-1 Year of QA experience
