Bingo. That IS the key. It is not easy finding the right people who can pay what you want, keep the place clean and stay for years.

But the Big Goal here for Black Rock et al is to own as much as they can - housing, food, transportation, energy, healthcare and so much more - so they can completely control the population, and thus all money.

I often say corporations are like lawn mowers that never shut off but continuously look for grass to mow until the entire neighborhood is nothing but concrete. Then the lawnmower switches to a bulldozer....
