Any file hosting provider that sells files individually without monthly subscription ?

All is in the title, I am looking for a file hosting provider (such as Keep2Share, Filefox, Rapidgator, Turbobit, Katfile etc) based on PPS which have the option to sell individual files at a lower price than monthly premium subscription. Any provider to recommend ?
